- 5⭐️ Wow… what a powerful book. Kristin, your way with telling these stories leaves me in pieces. The way she writes immerses you in the raw emotions of Frankie and helps you understand the reality for so many women during this time in such a painfully beautiful way. I feel like it almost hit home more knowing that the time period truly was not that long ago. Another book I will be processing for a very long time to come.
